People are always waiting for the time to be right before doing what they know will benefit them.
The better way to proceed is to learn, do, teach.
Do whatever you learn right away and start teaching others about it as well.
This will get you to understand and benefit from things much more quickly.
When you look at a mature tree, you are impressed by it’s trunk and branches.
But the true strength of any tree lies in it’s roots.
Without a strong root system no tree will survive.
This holds true for businesses as well.
See what I mean about building strong roots here:
People will often blame outside events for the situations they find themselves in.
They feel it is not their fault that their life didn’t turn out right, it has to be due to some outside factor or influence. Don’t fall into this trap!
You are the only one who can determine your outcome by taking responsibility for your actions.

There is little difference between risk taking and seeking opportunity
When chances are presented to us we can view them as either opportunities or risks.
You can look at all the rewards you will receive from a successful outcome.
Or you can look at all the potential costs incurred if the outcome is not favorable.

Some Background Information on Now Lifestyle’s Founder
Joel Therien had a thriving career as a personal trainer and he started his second professional career right out of University as a Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist at the Montford Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Although he had an amazing boss, great working colleagues and a pretty good salary of $52,000 a year, Joel wanted more. He wanted to provide a better future for himself and his family. So… the thought of doing stress testing at a hospital for the next 40 years started to lose its appeal. Hence he quit after eight months into it.

He had been misdiagnosed with either Lou Gehrig’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or brain cancer. He went from a lean muscular 240 pounds with 7% body fat down to 165 pounds. As a bodybuilder, this deeply concerned him and this is when he turned to the internet to look for answers. Continue reading “Joel Therien and Now Lifestyle”
