The 80/20 Rule

When you go over the numbers for your business you will start to see different patterns.

One thing that becomes apparent is the 80/20 rule. It keeps popping up under a number of circumstances.
You will see that 80% of your profits will come from 20% of your leads. 80% of your customer service time will be spent on 20% of your clients.
So don`t despair if you an imbalance like this when looking at statistics. This rule of thumb plays out in all sorts of ways but you will succeed in the end if you stick with it.
