Try to Maintain a Spirit of Cooperation

How well do you get along with others?

I was going over chapter 6 in Napoleon Hill’s book “Thing and Grow Rich” titled Organized Planning. In it, he lists the thirty major causes of failure.
Number 25 on his list is “inability to cooperate with others.” He states:

“More people lose their positions and their big opportunities in life, because of this fault, than for all other reasons combined. It is a fault which no well informed business man, or leader will tolerate.”

cooperationWe all get taught this skill from a young age. We are told to go out and play with and be nice to the other children. We are placed in team sports to help us hone this skill as well.
But for some people, this skill is never learned. I am sure you know someone who just never works a team payer in anything.
As you go through life, try to catch yourself when you become uncooperative. Try to think of the reason for your rebelling against others in any situation and find a way to overcome it.
The more you cooperate with others, the smoother life will flow for you!
